The ADR Institute of Canada is multi-disciplinary association of professional arbitrators, mediators and supporters including corporate & community leaders and independent & general counsel who are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence using appropriate dispute resolution (ADR) processes to resolve conflict.

The ADR Institute provides a process advisor for incoming inquiries and has standards for approved dispute resolution courses, trainers/instructors and professionals seeking certification as Chartered Arbitrators and Chartered Mediators in Canada. Training is typically delivered by the Institutes regional affiliates.

The Institutes Code of Conduct and Dispute Resolution Protocol are the primary methods that bind members to the best interests of those they serve. The Regional and National Education, Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Mediator Committees report on professional standards and practices.
