The 7OUV3300 series is a pre-packaged ultraviolet disinfection system. It comes complete with all necessary equipment ready for installation. The system is comprised of UV lamp racks, stainless channel and control panel. All necessary cables, monitoring and alarming equipment is included. The system is ready for operation by simply putting it in place and connecting the electrical supply. These systems are designed to treat from 25, 000-400, 000 U. S. gal./day and range in size from 2 lamps to 16 lamps.
The Fischer & Porter 7OUV6000 series UV system's modular design allows it to fit a wide range of systems size requirements. It can be designed to meet the needs of smaller wastewater treatment ranging in size from 0.5 million gal./day to over 200 million gal./day. The UV system is comprised of UV lamp racks, channel mounting hardware, and a level control device. All necessary cables, monitoring and alarming equipment is included. Advanced control strategies are also included to optimize system performance as well as minimize cost of ownership.
Both the Fischer & Porter 7OUV3300 and 7OUV6000 series utilize an energy efficient, state of the art, electronic ballast system which reduces power costs, extends lamp life and thereby reduces lamp replacement costs. The Fischer & Porter UV systems can accept any type of power supply, which also reduces capital and installation costs.
The ABB INFI 90 provides a distributed process control system that incorporates embedded artificial intelligence and expert systems, on-line statistical process control and direct digital communication with field devices for strategic decision-support tools. The system's architecture allows for growth as needs increase. The INFI 90's microprocessor-based ABB Multi-Function Processor module can handle up to 5, 000 analog and/or digital I/O signals and allows execution of advanced control strategies which previously required a process computer. All INFI 90 application software can be configured on the ABB Engineering Work station, a PC-based tool that lets users develop control strategies in simple cut-and-paste fashion off-line, then download the configuration directly to the INFI 90 System. INFI 90 System is compatible with a variety of other configuration techniques.
LAN-90 Process Control view (PCV) is designed to let companies start small, then expand as their control and integration needs increase, ultimately to a full INFI 90 System. It provides a software environment that integrates real-time process monitoring and control with business information, analysis, planning and decision support tools for more effective enterprise management. LAN-90 PCV, a PC-based operator interface station can execute in a multi-tasking environment under the UNIX-like, QNX-a real time operating system which includes built-in peer-to-peer networking.
Both LAN-90 and INFI-Net systems have met the compatibility test successfully for a number of industries including pulp producers and gasoline and distillates refineries.
